Victoria Dzodziev
Victoria Dzodziev is a Geneva-based entrepreneur and cultural activist. Originally from Odessa, Ukraine, Victoria has been living in Switzerland for over twenty years, building up experience in financial services, private banking and art collection. In 2014, she founded D10 Art Space, a unique place in Geneva that brings the worlds of international diplomacy and art together. In 2020 she was elected the first woman president of Le Circle Des Amities Internationales Geneva and became a member of the Executive Committee of Red Cross Ball Geneva.
Victoria founded the Association of Swiss Women and Empowerment (ASWE) in 2021 with the aim of promoting gender equality and supporting women around the world. In 2022, in collaboration with the Director General of the United Nations Office in Geneva, Madame Valovaya, the association launched a special project “17 Faces of Action” which includes portraits of 17 women in 17 countries and is designed to showcase the role of women in creating a new, prosperous society on equal footing with men and contributing to the achievement of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
Through her work, Victoria, an entrepreneur and mother, wishes to inspire and empower women of different generations and cultural backgrounds. With each of her projects, she aims at uniting people around human relations, having a strong belief that only through communication, collaboration and understanding each other can we build a path to empowerment and cultural diplomacy.
