Social Change Through the Lens of A Story | Mei Fa Tan | TEDxIHEID
Stories are at the core of our existence. They shape our beliefs, our personalities, our way of functioning in society. They help us define what is right from what is wrong, and all the grey areas in between. As filmmakers, we tell stories inspired by our understanding of reality. We have to tell - within the limits of budget, human resources, equipment, environment, weather conditions, global pandemics, and all other uncertainties and accidents - a story and offer, eventually, a film to share with and inspire other human beings.
